Oasis Avenue – A GDH HOTEL is the first Smart hotel in Hong Kong which is geared with state-of-the art facilities powered by artificial intelligence (AI).
Before checking into Oasis Avenue, guests can make reservations through the hotel’s exclusive app. On arrival, guests can check-in using the self-service check-in kiosk in the lobby, saving all the tedious procedures and precious time.
The fantastic hi-tech experience continues at the guest room accessed simply by using the mobile app. Then, use voice commands to control the various room devices, or operate them via the Tablet equipped in the room. What’s more, the AI intelligent voice control system can also provide guests with news, music entertainment, and even chat with you!
Besides, guest can log into the Netflix account and start enjoying binge-watching session with our 55~65 inches smart TV or connect to own devices and mirror on the big screen. All rooms are equipped with intelligent toilet to ensure a comfortable stay.
When service is required, guests can readily get in touch with the staff through the Tablet, mobile app or by pressing the ‘one-click call’ in the room and will be greeted by our service robot that will deliver amenities to you.
For entertainment without leaving the hotel, we have launched Themed Rooms. There is an E-sport Room geared with the likes of two gaming PCs, PlayStation 4, VR, Xbox and an a 85-inch TV. The Book-themed Room offering a sanctuary for guests to indulge in some serious reading and home-theatre that brings guests close to a cinema-like experience while streaming movies with a 95-inch screen
YUEYUE, a fluffy corgi is the Goodwill Ambassador of the hotel. He made his public debut in 2019 and has been capturing hearts since then. Frequently seen at the lobby, YUEYUE loves cosying up to guests upon check-in and sometimes assist in events.
Instead of a knock on the door, guests will be greeted by our Service Robot. It can operate elevators and navigate between floors.
