1. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: After 3:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 12:00 noon
2. Hotel Accommodation Tax (HAT)
Effective 1st January 2025, all room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax (HAT) in compliance with the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap.348).
3. Environmental Sustainability
In accordance with the Hong Kong government's plastic reduction regulations and our commitment to sustainability, hotels are not allowed to provide disposable plastic items for free, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps, razors, combs, cotton buds, and plastic-bottled water. The hotel provides:
- In-room dispensers for bathroom essentials (Shampoo and Shower Gel)
- Eco-friendly Slippers
Additional amenities are available upon request for a fee
4. Smoking Regulations
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms. The hotel will notify guests of this policy on the form signed upon arrival. With the agreement, an additional cleaning fee of HK$5,000 will be charged if the hotel discovered any evidence of smoking in the guest room. An extra fee will be charged if any damage is caused.
5. Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.
6. Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be cancelled or amended before 4 pm local time, at least 2 days before the arrival date to avoid a penalty fee of full period room charge.
7. Room Deposit
Guests are required to provide a valid credit card or cash for a HK$1,000 deposit upon check-in which will be fully refunded upon departure once all is in order with the hotel and no disturbance or damage has taken place. The hotel will be able to process the credit card deposit refund within 24 hours after the guest’s departure. However, a deposit held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) will be refunded as per issuing bank’s policies. Typically, may take between 14-21 working days, however, some banks do take longer.
8. Guest Accommodations
8.1 Children Policy
Free accommodation for 1 child under 12 years old sharing parents' room using existing facilities.
8.2 Age restriction
The minimum age for check-in is 18
8.3 Pet policy
Only guide dog is permitted.
8.4 Additional Services
Extra bed: HKD350 (Extra bed service is only available for Smart Cosy Rooms, Home Theatre Room, Smart Suite and Oasis Suite)
9. Lost & Found Policy
If you believe you left or lost an item during your recent stay, please contact the hotel at +852 3410 8888 immediately. We keep a Lost and Found Log with the information to cross-reference when an item is found. The hotel will work with you to have items returned at your expense. However, if we cannot contact you,
- Valuable items (for example, money, gold, jewellery, and phones) will be kept for 30 days. Items not collected after 30 days will be regarded as unclaimed items and will be transferred to the nearest police station.
- Used items or perishable items like food or beverage will be disposed of immediately.
- Other items like clothing will be stored for 30 days before disposal.
The hotel will not bear any liability thereof.
