Deposit:

Guests are required to provide a valid credit card or cash for a HK$8,000 deposit upon check-in which will be fully refunded upon departure once all is in order with the room and no disturbance or damage has taken place. The hotel will be able to process the credit card deposit refund within 24 hours after the guest’s departure. However, a deposit held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) will be refunded as per issuing bank’s policies. Typically, may take between 14-21 working days, however, some banks do take longer.
