With the in-room iPad, guests can use voice commands or operate via the hotel app to control various room devices. When service is required, guests can readily get in touch with the staff through the iPad, mobile app or by pressing the ‘one-click call’ in the room. When delivery service is required, instead of a knock on the door, guests will be greeted by our Service Robot.
