Our Smart Suite rooms are equipped with the Dyson hair dryer for added stylish experience and an intelligent toilet to guarantee a comfortable stay. Also, we provide a 65-inch smart TV that can connect to guests’ devices and enable to mirror on the big screen. Guests can log into their Netflix account to enjoy the binge-watching session.

Oasis Avenue is the first Smart hotel in Hong Kong which is geared with state-of-the art facilities powered by artificial intelligence (AI). All Smart rooms embrace AI technology, using voice commands to control various room devices, or operating them via in-room Tablets. The AI intelligent voice control system can also provide you with news, music entertainment, and even chat with you!  When service is required, guests can readily get in touch with the staff through the Tablet, mobile app or by pressing the ‘one-click call’ in the room. When delivery service is required, instead of a knock on the door, guests will be greeted by our Service Robot. It can operate elevators and navigate between floors, carrying out specific items to the desired room.
