It's Game Time! For entertainment without leaving the hotel, Oasis Avenue has launched the E-sport Room that is geared with the likes of two Gaming PCs, PlayStation 5, VR, XBox One and an 85-inch smart TV that can stream Netflix and YouTube directly.  Guests also can connect their own devices and mirror on the big screen. A special wall single bed design allows guests to stay and play. 

Oasis Avenue is the first Smart hotel in Hong Kong which is geared with state-of-the art facilities powered by artificial intelligence (AI).  Guests can use voice commands to control various room devices, or operating them via in-room iPad.  The intelligent voice control system can also provide you with news, music entertainment, and even chat with you! 

The room is equipped with the premium Dyson hair dryers that take good care of your hair. The bathrooms, on the other hand, are decked out in Gessi shower systems and TOTO’s smart integrated toilet, offering a truly comfortable user experience. When room service is required, guests can readily get in touch with the staff through the in-room iPad or mobile app. When delivery service is required, instead of a knock on the door, guests will be greeted by our Service Robot. It can operate elevators and navigate between floors, carrying out specific items to the desired room.

Deposit:

Guests are required to provide a valid credit card or cash for a HK$8,000 deposit upon check-in which will be fully refunded upon departure once all is in order with the room and no disturbance or damage has taken place. The hotel will be able to process the credit card deposit refund within 24 hours after the guest’s departure. However, a deposit held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) will be refunded as per issuing bank’s policies. Typically, may take between 14-21 working days, however, some banks do take longer.
