• žGuests are required to provide a valid credit card or cash for HK$3000 deposit upon check in which will be fully refunded upon departure once all is in order with the hotel and no disturbance or damage has taken place. The hotel will be able to process the credit card deposit refund within 24 hours after guest’s departure. However, deposit held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) will be refunded as per issuing bank’s policies.
