  • Meals will be serviced in predetermined times and place outside the guest room. Breakfast serving time starts at 8:00 to 9:30. Lunch serving time starts at 12:00 to 14:30. Dinner serving time starts at 18:00 to 20:30. Requests for specific meal delivery time will not be accepted at any circumstances.
  • žOnly lunch and dinner will be served on check-in date. Breakfast will be served on check-out date if the check-out time is from 8:30 am to 9:30 am.
  • žAn additional charge of HK$200 net per guest aged 4 or above per night applies, including full board meal plan.

To support Hong Kong’s anti-epidemic effort and fight against coronavirus, Oasis Avenue is only offering accommodation under the Designated Quarantine Hotel Scheme until further notice. Due to the hygiene guidance provided by HKSAR Government, all smart systems including in-room iPad/Tablet and voice-controlled system are suspended during your quarantine stay. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Cancellation Policies

    • All reservations are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-cancellable.
    • A refund will only be allowed for any when: i) caused by changes in Government requirements ii) caused by changes in flight cancellation with supporting documents, iii) in case where the guest has to be sent to hospital or quarantine centre as applicable (subject to proof of related document).
    • The Hotel will allow a one-off reservation amendment if staying period is affected due to flight delay (subject to the hotel availability and the proof of document issued by the airline is required).

      Terms and Conditions

      • Full payment is required upon reservation.
      • Oasis Avenue is a Designated Quarantine Hotel which only accepts compulsory quarantine bookings. Please click here to check the latest boarding, quarantine and testing arrangements released by HKSAR Government.
      • This offer is valid for stay from XXX until XXX.
      • Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge.
      • A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking and a prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to individual credit card upon reservation made. Credit card details must be identical to the one stated in the booking details and the name on the credit card must match the guest staying at the hotel, otherwise the reservations will be deemed invalid and will be cancelled without prior notice. Third party payment must be arranged directly with the hotel within 12 hours after reservation. Please contact us at rsvn@gdhhotel.com.hk for more details.
      • žFlight number and estimated time of arrival must be provided upon reservation.
      • Flight number and multiple dates are not allowed unless flight itinerary can be provided.
      • The length of stay is based on HKSAR Government’s regulation (Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance (Cap. 599)).
      • The length of stay must fulfil all requirements by HKSAR Government when being checked by the Port Health Division. Extension of any stay required by HKSAR Government is subject to availability upon request.
      • No name change is allowed for quarantine bookings. Please make sure the guest name must match the name in your travel document It is important to provide the correct information in your booking, including but not limited to the guest name(s), check-in and check-out date. Hotel will not be responsible for any loss incurred for the incorrect information provided.
      • Guests are required to provide valid credit card for deposit and expenses upon check in. No cash will be accepted.
      • For your security, please present the same credit card used to prepay your booking upon check-in for verification purpose.
      • Guest must present valid Covid-19 negative test result documents according to the HKSASR government directives upon check-in.
      • Minor under 18 years old should be accompanied by an adult for quarantine. If the minor is to be accompanied by an adult during his/her stay, the accompanying person should apply for conditional approval from the Department of Health and return the completed application form by email to caretaker_apply@dh.gov.hk. Both the minor together with the accompanying person should stay in the same room. The quarantine guests should bring a copy of such approval for check-in.       • In case of any dispute, Guangdong Hotel Limited reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.

        Rules and Regulations

        • Guests are not allowed to neither leave the room nor move around in the hotel during the entire quarantine period. All public areas, including guest floor corridors, are covered by CCTV. Leaving the room will be regarded as a breach of the quarantine order and constitutes a criminal offence. Offenders will be referred to the police without warning and offenders are subject to fine and imprisonment.
        • There will be limited contact between guests and hotel staff throughout the quarantine period.
        • According to the Hong Kong SAR Government’s Department of Health’s instructions, hotel staffs are not allowed to enter the guest room during the entire quarantine period. Housekeeping services will not be available during the quarantine period. Fresh linens and sheets will be provided upon request and placed outside the room.
        • Meals will be served at predetermined times, and placed outside your room. Breakfast serving time starts at 8:00 to 9:30. Lunch serving time starts at 12:00 to 14:30. Dinner serving time starts at 18:00 to 20:00. Requests for specific meal delivery time will not be accepted at any circumstances.
        • Only lunch and dinner will be served on check-in date. Breakfast will be served on check-out date if the check-out time is from 8:30 to 9:30.
        • Food and beverage service, amenities and other requested items will be provided and placed outside the room.
        • Outside food deliveries and necessities brought by relatives or friends must be dropped off at the designated desk which is located at the side door (on the right side of the main entrance) on the ground floor between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm and will be subsequently placed outside your room.
        • According to the Infection Control Guidelines, couriers are not allowed to enter the hotel. They may pass the items to hotel staff at the designated desk which is located at the side door (on the right side of the main entrance) on the ground floor between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm. All items can only be delivered and placed at the door of the guestrooms by hotel staff, direct delivery to guest is strictly prohibited.
        • The Hotel reserves the right to check all items before sending and placing them outside the guestrooms, or to reject delivery for any inappropriate/illegal items.
        • To ensure the safety of all guests, using any type of appliance to cook in the guest room is prohibited. Guests are liable to pay the fee if any damage caused to the property.
        • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms. The hotel will notify guests of this policy on the form signed upon arrival. With the agreement, a penalty of HK$5,000 will be charged if the hotel discovered any evidence of smoking in the guest room. Extra fee will be charged if any damage caused.  
        • Gym and balcony are not available during the stay.
        • During the quarantine period, windows cannot be opened.
        • When opening the room door to pick up a meal or other suppliers, guests should wear the mask.
