All guest rooms embrace AI technology that enables voice commands to control various room devices with our voice-controlled system, guests also can operate them via in-room iPad/Tablet. The bathroom is equipped with the intelligent toilet to ensure a comfortable stay.

When service is required, guests can readily get in touch with the staff by pressing the ‘one-click call’ in the room, in-room Tablet/iPad or mobile app. When delivery service is required, instead of a knock on the door, guests will be greeted by our Service Robot. It can operate elevators and navigate between floors, carrying out specific items to the desired room.
